Broto: Art-Climate-Science Conference
Broto: Affinity
Next online conference happens Dec. 5 and 12 2020
Mark your calendars.
It happens over three one-hour sessions on Dec. 5, 2020 and another three one-hour sessions Dec. 12, 2020.
The theme of the conference is Affinity -- a word that resonates in both art and science -- as a way to reframe the Anthropocene Epoch. In life and in science, "Affinity" is about closeness, alignment, rapport, mutual interest, attraction, symbiosis.
As you know, Broto: Art-Climate-Science is a unique and unaffiliated conference of international experts in art, science, sustainability, economics, philosophy, business, advocacy, public health and other multidisciplinary fields. We focus on substantive, mutual, credible and real-time art-science collaboration that inspires innovation to address the climate crisis
Broto is a program of The Cape Cod Center for Sustainability and the embodiment of its mission: What’s Next in Sustainability?
In previous Broto conferences, we tackled big ideas where new thinking within society is needed to meet and master sustainability, including Collaboration, Scale and Deep Time.
