Barbara Nordhjem is a cognitive neuroscientist and studies visual perception at the Laboratory of Experimental Ophthalmology at the University Medical Centre Groningen. Her research is about object recognition as a constructive and creative process; in particular, she studies eye movements and interaction between brain regions.
