Richard Garrett is a composer and independent researcher living in North Wales. His past projects include Weathersongs, a real-time installation to generate music from the weather, and Noodlebots, a suite of generative composition modules for Ableton Live.  His most recent work focused on the simultaneous generation and three-dimensional spatialisation of large groups of sound-events (Audio Spray Gun).

Richard’s music has been presented in numerous locations worldwide and he has studied with Gilles Petit, David Cope, Peter Elsea, Andrew Lewis and Patricia Alessandrini. He holds a PhD in electroacoustic composition from Bangor University.
