Termeh Rassi is a strategist, builder and storyteller. Over that past 25 years, she has scaled teams, functions and organizations across industries and geographies. Termeh’s expertise is helping organizations transform. She helps executive teams bridge the gap between “here” and “there.” Her love for solving puzzles has led her from technology companies such as AOL, where she was instrumental in the company’s international growth as its first International Product Manager to National Geographic Society where her team looked at disruptive technologies, innovative approaches, and worked with change makers and educators around the globe to drive innovation for good. Today, as the founder of a strategy consulting practice, Termeh continues to champion a multidisciplined approach for tackling both challenges and opportunities within teams and organizations.
Termeh earned her Master's degree from Georgetown University's Communication, Culture and Technology program., where her work focused on the intersection of society and technology; with a particular focus on virtual worlds and culture. She holds a B.A. from George Washington University's Elliott School, where she was a GWU scholar. She currently serves on the board of Wildlife Direct, a Kenyan based conservation nonprofit, and IACC, a community-based nonprofit located in Vienna, VA.
