David McConville is co-founder and resident cosmographer of Spherical, an integrative research and design studio offering cosmovision remediation and ontological repair services. He serves as senior researcher and board member for the Center of the Study of the Force Majeure, bringing together artists and scientists to design ecosystem regeneration projects in critical regions around the world. Previously, David co-founded The Elumenati immersive environment design and engineering firm and served as chairman of the Buckminster Fuller Institute. He was also co-founder and creative director of the Worldviews Network, a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration funded collaboration of artists, scientists, and educators using immersive visualization environments to facilitate dialogues about bioregional resilience in science centers across the United States. David has a PhD in Art and Media from the Planetary Collegium at the University of Plymouth.
