The CAA Annual Conference is the largest convening of art historians, artists, designers, curators, and visual art professionals. The 112th program boasts over 275 sessions, workshops, and events with content representing the breadth of their constituent fields of scholarship, approaches to pedagogy, and social justice issues. Early bird registration rates end 15 December 2023.

2024 CAA ANNUAL CONFERENCE FORMAT
The 112th CAA Annual Conference will take place at the Hilton Chicago, Chicago, IL, 14–17 February 2024 with in-person and hybrid sessions, the CAA Book and Trade Fair, and special events. Most sessions and events, including Convocation, Annual Artist Interviews, Distinguished Scholar Session, and Committee Meetings will be held live and in person. Most will be held on location in Chicago only, while a portion of the program will be hybrid. You may attend the hybrid sessions remotely via the conference schedule or by taking a seat in one of the special hybrid rooms on location. Post-conference, conference recordings will be accessible to registrants until April 17, 2024.
NO-COST REGISTRATION FOR THE CAA ANNUAL CONFERENCE
No-cost registration includes access to conference key events (Convocation, Annual Artist Interviews, Distinguished Scholar Session), CAA Committee and Affiliated Society Business Meetings, Workshops, Services to Artists Committee (SAC) programming and Student and Emerging Professionals Committee (SEPC) programming. Please note this no-cost registration permits access to only these programs and events.
