‘Nabi Hackathons’, designed to combine hackathon culture with creative workshops, are an open creative platform where creators from various fields and backgrounds gather to propose ideas, create prototypes, and share the outcomes. ‘Nabi Hackathons’ aim to emphasize the value of sharing and working together and provide opportunities for a variety of convergence cultural contents to be produced and developed.

<Hello, World!: new playground> is an online hackathon that experiments and invents new ‘plays’ in the ever-changing and expanding digital culture with wild imaginations. With the advance in technology, we have made use of diverse media to create new stories and meanings, dreaming of the better for decades. And this year, the re-emergence of the non-fungible token(NFT) is making changes in digital culture and art. NFT uses blockchain technology to prove the ownership of digital assets and certify their uniqueness and values. And it is now even extending itself to iNFT(intelligent NFT, interactive NFT), a new standard that enables interactivity, embedded with artificial intelligence.

At this juncture, Art Center Nabi aims to capture changes in current technology and society and experiment with ‘New Playground’ for various digital creations. We await passionate creators who are ready to play with technology and create new meanings, in pursuit of a better life and world.
