Golnoush Behmanesh is an artist, designer, and researcher specializing in visual and interactive design, motion graphics, and virtual production. Her work explores the intersection of art, design, and technology to spark positive change, with a focus on AI and viewers’ interpretation in cross-cultural contexts. She highlights a conversation between machines and humans, what AI sees and what we feel, where algorithms meet intuition and analysis meets emotion. Behmanesh holds a BA and MA in Fine Art following with a fully funded MFA in Graphic Design from Georgia State University and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at the University of Mississippi. Her work has been presented at AIGA, CAA, and SECAC and exhibited internationally, reflecting her experience across Iran, the UAE, Canada, and the U.S. She is also the founder of BehmaneshDesign, an initiative supporting single mothers in Iran through sustainable design.
