erve Sahin is a PhD student in Visual and Performing Arts at The University of Texas at Dallas. She earned her Master of Arts degree from San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) as a Fulbright Scholar, where her thesis research included in Leonardo Abstract Service (LABS) and invited to The Media, Arts & Design conference in 2020. Before embarking at her PhD program, she thought art history and visual communication design classes at Sabancı University and Yeditepe University, Istanbul, Turkey. Her research on art and technology focuses the conceptual and historical analysis of how artists have been problem solvers and cultural engineers throughout history.
