Lina Lopes is a consultant, entrepreneur and artist. She expresses in her trajectory the intersection between two worlds: art and technology. Graduated in Cinema by University of São Paulo and Master in Design by Anhembi-Morumbi College, she has an interdisciplinary background that also includes theater, engineering and computing.
Her research covers the parametric design fields, projection mapping, prototyping, interactivity, wearables and internet of things. Her production in the field of new media permeates the concept of interactive installation, programming with Arduino, Processing, Raspberry Pi, prioritizing image manipulation projects in real time.

Recently produced the work InterAfetivos Swings within the residence in technology in the RedBull Basement whose theme was technology and city. InterAfetivos Swings is an interactive urban furniture design that is illuminated to the touch. An open source work with accessible technology so that anyone can replicate the swing in their community. Another project from an artistic and scientific residency within the MediaLab / UFG was Touch Skin, a research into flexible conductive materials that can be added to the skin and act as a temporary tattoo-sensor.

Others works were developed in partnership with institutions such as the installation with immersive projection La Casa Azul at the Tomie Ohtake Institute, a poetic recreation of Frida Kahlo room in 360 degrees in space; Framing Body, with interactive projection mapping on the facade of FIESP, in which the heads, trunks and legs of people mix with each other; and three light installations on the National Week of Science and Technology, which has developed a unique design game console with an interactive bike. She has international work as SEA//ME, an intervention on the beach of Barceloneta, an urban furniture produced with digital fabrication; and LABinto installation, an interactive installation where the public comes in a historic building in the center of Barcelona equipped with a flashlight capable of revealing the pictures on the walls.
