Agoston Nagy is a member of the Binaura artist collective that makes algorithmic art, responsive environments using free and open source tools since the early 2000s. They gave international workshops across the EU, Canada and India in the fields of interaction modalities, data visualization and sonification among creative coding practice. Their works are focusing on visualizing natural phenomena, cognitive aspects of extended perception, prototyping and open source exchange of code & ideas. Their latest works feature forests made of hanging papers with generative plotter drawings, cellular shell pattern generators and drawing robots that are generating nonconventional prophecies based on poetic artificial intelligence. Agoston is a former researcher at Kitchen Budapest Media Lab & Prezi presentation software company. Today he is conducting research at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Immersive Media Lab.
