Emmanuelle Vital is a leading conservation ecologist and consultant in the fields of biodiversity conservation, watershed management, landscape restoration, urban planning, and community engagement through the arts, based in Colorado, USA. She is an adjunct professor in sustainability studies at Colorado Mountain College, and the co-founder of several non-profit organizations working towards environmental sustainability and social justice in the Rocky Mountain region and across 3 continents.  She has a proven track record in leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative and effective programs that result in water conservation, open space preservation, and stakeholder participation. She has participated in and advises leading systemic change initiatives and art &science partnership programs at the Smithsonian Institution, Ulab: Leading from The Emerging Future, the Institute for Evolutionary Leadership, Global Greengrants Fund, The Authentic Leadership Program at Naropa University, and the University of Colorado Outreach and Engagement Program.
