Professor Dr Miguel Oliveros Mediavilla– BA (Hons), MRes and Ph.D. cum laude – is a fine artist, sound designer and programmer. Oliveros is an associate professor at the Faculty of Communications and Arts, Universidad Nebrija, Madrid, Spain. He is a memeber of the Managment Comitte for the COST Action CA19112 "Women on the Move": https://www.cost.eu/actions/CA19112/#tabs|Name:overview
Since 2015 he is carrying field studies across the European, Central American, North African, Balkanic, Iraki, Kurdish, Iranian borders and Middle Eastern Region documenting with immersive experience (IX) technologies humanitarian exodus, the diaspora, civil and social conflicts, refugee camps, human rights violations; emphasizing on the particular documentation of THB (trafficking of human beings) within irregular migration routes. He has shared this field studies and research with organizations like the Spanish Police, the E.A.S.O, the OSCE mission to Skopje, numerous ngo´s and activist.
