CHARLOTTE KENT, PhD is an Associate Professor of Visual Culture and Head of Visual and Critical Studies at Montclair State University. She is co-editor of Contemporary Absurdities, Existential Crises, and Visual Art (Intellect Books 2024) and an Editor-at-Large for The Brooklyn Rail, contributing to numerous arts publications, with research ongoing as the recipient of grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities' Dangers and Opportunities of Technology and Google's Artist + Machine Intelligence program.
