Mel Alexenberg was professor at Columbia University, head of Pratt Institute art department, dean at New World School of the Arts, and research fellow at MIT Center for Advanced Visual Studies, In Israel, he was professor at Bar Ilan and Ariel universities, and Emunah College.  His artworks exploring digital technologies and global systems are in the collections of forty museums worldwide. He is author of Through a Bible Lens: Biblical Insights for Smartphone Photography and Social Media, The Future of Art in a Digital Age: From Hellenistic to Hebraic Consciousness, and Educating Artists for the Future: Learning at the Intersections of Art, Science, Technology, and Culture.
