Light art and light kinetics; first light work 1972. First article in Leonardo 1973. Reserarch Fellow at Center for Advanced Visual Studies, MIT, 1988/89. Artist in residence at the Djerassi Foundation 1989. CAVS/MIT Sky Art conferences at Lone Pine (CA) 1986) and Greece 2002. In rent years mainly working with visualizations of scientific (satellite) data e.g. metereological, astronomical and geomagnetic data (Light Figure 1991; Now the Polar Space, 1996; Glimmer, 2000; Datablik 2003; SOL, 2005, Magnet, 2008, Orbit 2010; POL, 2015 and Biovision, 2015).
Dealing with the prerequisites for visualizations of data i.e. psychology, semiotics and instrumental cognition.
Solo shows at a number of museums e,g. the Danish national galleri and ZKM  Center for Art and Media, Karlsruhe (D).
