Charles Eppley

Charles Eppley is an art and music historian from Brooklyn, NY. Charles received his PhD in Art History and Criticism from Stony Brook University, where he studied the history of sound in modern and contemporary art. His dissertation, Soundsites: Max Neuhaus, Site-Specificity, and the Materiality of Sound as Place, examines the career of sonic artist Max Neuhaus, 1957--1980.
