WELCOMING LEONARDO'S NEWEST EDITORIAL ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

Leonardo/ISAST is delighted to welcome two outstanding new members to our Editorial Advisory Board: Dr. Hannah Star Rogers and Dr. R. Benjamin Knapp. Each brings a unique and visionary perspective that will help shape Leonardo’s editorial direction and further our mission to build bridges between the arts, sciences, and technology. We are grateful for their thought leadership, deep expertise, and commitment to fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and creative inquiry.
Dr. Hannah Star Rogers is an internationally recognized scholar and curator working at the intersection of Art, Science, and Technology Studies. She is the author of Art, Science, and the Politics of Knowledge (MIT Press) and editor of the Routledge Handbook of Art, Science, and Technology Studies. Currently based at the Medical Museion at the University of Copenhagen, Rogers curates exhibitions exploring biotechnology, nuclear history, and scientific imagery, and will soon hold a KHK fellowship in Aachen, Germany. Dr. R. Benjamin Knapp is Founding Executive Director of the Institute for Creativity, Arts, and Technology at Virginia Tech and a pioneering researcher in arts-integrated technology. He co-developed the BioMuse system, enabling performers to control digital media with physical and emotional expression, and continues to lead national efforts around empathy, creativity, and innovation in emerging technologies.
